Menstrual health is vital yet often stigmatized. Let’s break the taboo by promoting awareness, hygiene, and access to sanitary products. Every person deserves dignity, education, and proper care during their cycle. Together, we can ensure menstrual equity and normalize conversations.

Howrah Ramkrishnapur Rubi Society for Human Welfare (HRRSHW) has organized an awareness programme on menstrual health at 4, Kora Bardar Lane, Kol-87, on 08/03/2025, for celebrating International Women’s Day, in association with Emmanuel Ministries Calcutta, New Market. A free basic health checkup will be done thereafter. Please join us at 4pm.

1. An awareness talk on menstrual health by Dr. Isha Ghosh (Gynaecologist)
2. Sanitary napkin distribution free of charge,Â
3. Basic health checkups in camp like Blood pressure, BMI, BMR, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, Body mass, Protein mass, Body fat ratio, etc.
4. Doctor (Dr. Ghosh) consultation free of charge, whoever needed Â
